Fiestas Patrias Festival - In celebration of Mexican Independence Day, the festival is free and open to the public and includes many family-friendly activities, like face-painting, games, dancing, live music, educational exhibits on culture, food and more! Let Freedom Sing - Let Freedom Sing is a patriotic spectacle produced by Arts Express in recognition of America, those who have served to protect our freedom, and the continued hope for world peace. The annual performance takes place in conjunction with the July 4th holiday. Over two hundred singers, instrumentalists and other cast members take center stage to celebrate America’s independence. Tucson Rodeo - The first La Fiesta de los Vaqueros (Celebration of the Cowboys) in 1925 touted four days of events and competition. Pinnacle Peak - Often copied but never equaled, Pinnacle Peak is the originator of the mesquite-broiled Cowboy Steak. Year after year diners enjoy the reasonably priced steaks, ribs, chicken, and sides that have kept Pinnacle Peak as popular as ever. In a Pinnacle Peak signature tradition, if a guest is 'caught' wearing a necktie the tie is summarily cut-off with great fanfare and hung from the rafters. Metro Restaurants - Our exhibition kitchen features delicious prime rib, pork chops and chicken roasted on the wood-fired rotisserie. Enjoy quality food that’s great to eat and fun to watch on the rotisserie! Gourmet pizzas from the wood-fired brick oven are a Metropolitan Grill specialty. Takamatsu - Takamatsu offers a variety of Japanese and Korean cuisine. The customer can enjoy their meal while it is being prepared right at their table. The menu offers steak and seafood as the customer is treated to a show of the chef's skill with knives and flames.
