Ak-Sar-Ben’s River City Rodeo & Stock Show - The four-day event includes a diverse offering of entertainment and family fun. The staple events include the Justin Boots Championships of the Wrangler Million Dollar Tour, the 4-H Stock Show and the Douglas County Fair. Annual Country Bluegrass Festival - Each year, popular regional bands come to the Country Bluegrass Show seeking to break into the festival lineup, the compete for cash prizes and try to catch the frenzy of fans and promoters! You won't want to miss this great event!

Arbor Day Celebration - The Arbor Day Celebration features children's educational activities, a parade, free trees, a 5K run/walk, plant sale, all-you-can-eat chili cook-off, commemorative tree plantings, special award ceremonies, and, of course, the Discovery Ride at Arbor Day Farm Tree Adventure. Cinco de Mayo - The community of South Omaha in Omaha, Nebraska has a rich Mexican heritage. The South Omaha Latino community has been hosting Cinco de Mayo events in Omaha since 1985. Annual festivities include a grand parade, delicious food, lively music, and boundless community spirit.

College World Series - The College World Series or CWS is an annual baseball tournament held in Omaha that is the culmination of the NCAA Division I Baseball Championship, which determines the NCAA Division I college baseball champion. Take your family out to the ball game!

Shakespeare On The Green - The idea for an outdoor Shakespeare festival in Omaha was first conceived in the early 1980’s at Creighton University. Omaha Film Festival - The Festival showcases over 60 films during its annual event, selected from an average of over 400 annual entries that come in from around the world, offering a wide variety of independent cinema choices that includes regional and world premier films as well as advanced screenings of films that have already attracted wider distribution.


Omaha Home & Garden Expo - The largest and most complete showcase of home products in the Midwest is featured during this four day expo that offers 180,000 square feet of the latest and best home consumer products and services, as well as outstanding entertainment and special displays for both adults and children.

Omaha Postcard & Paper Show - Held twice a year in March and August, this delightful show features a broad range of old and unique postcards and papers, as well as activities for the whole family to enjoy.
