Boo at the Zoo - Offers families a safe and fun alternative to traditional trick-or-treating. This event is set up with different candy stations throughout the zoo, as well as magicians, jugglers, and more. Guests are encouraged to wear fun costumes and enjoy refreshments and live entertainment.

Cleveland Irish Cultural Festival - For over a quarter century, Cleveland Irish Cultural Festival has been celebrating Irish culture and heritage to preserve Irish history and traditions. Attractions include: 24 performers on nine stages, a multitude of exhibits, and myriad kiosks representing some of the finest vendors in the United States.

Cleveland International Film Festival - Ohio's premier film event features over 240 films originating from close to 60 countries. Visiting filmmakers, panel discussions, and student screenings are all CIFF highlights. Mid-March, annual film festival featuring 200 documentaries, premieres, shorts, family and independent films from around the world.

I-X Indoor Amusement Park - Has an annual three-week run at the International Exposition Center. More than 25 rides, and the usual thrills and chills are always on tap.


Slavic Village Polish Festival - Slavic Village is a Cleveland neighborhood first settled in the mid-19th century by primarily Czech and Polish immigrants who came to the city to work in the woolen and steel mills nearby. This celebration of Polish traditions takes place in early October.

Thanksgiving at the Zoo - Bring your family to Cleveland Metroparks Zoo on Thanksgiving Day and enjoy free admission to the Zoo from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. As an added holiday treat, visitors can see special animal enrichment demonstrations throughout the day.

Tremont Arts and Cultural Festival - The weekend Festival is comprised of four categories or program areas which include: Children's-hands-on arts, historical, and educational projects; Cultural-food sales by Tremont churches, and Tremont restaurants reflecting the ethnic diversity of the neighborhood; and sales of paintings, sculpture, jewelry, ceramics, and photographs created by Tremont and Northeast Ohio artists.

Tri-C JazzFest - Cleveland comes alive to the sound of jazz from all four corners of the globe. The festival encompasses venues throughout Northeast Ohio. JazzFest features jazz performances, clinics master classes, lectures, broadcasts, and a breadth of other concert and community outreach activities. Local and national artists teach, compose, arrange, and perform.
