Greater Jacksonville Kingfish Tournament - The AT&T Greater Jacksonville Kingfish Tournament, held each year in July at Sisters Creek Park on the ICW, is the largest kingfish tournament in the country. In addition to the two-day general tournament, this spectacular event also includes a Junior Angler Tournament, Food Festival, live entertainment, and much, much more.

Buddy Walk - Down Syndrome Association public awareness and fundraiser for programs to benefit children with Down syndrome. One mile walk on the beach, music, clowns, and inflatables.

Isle of the Eight Flags Shrimp Festival - There is no better way to taste Northeast Florida’s freshest seafood. This unique celebration is complete with pirate invasions, a juried arts show, kids’ activities, craft and antique booths and more. The festival takes place in historic downtown Fernandina Beach.

Jacksonville Film Festival - Gaining increasing recognition as a regional destination for the independent film community, the festival connects Jacksonville to its early movie-making roots while paving the way for a new generation of talent. Don’t miss access to film screenings, short films debuts from up and coming producers and parties with celebrity guests and award-winning filmmakers.

Jacksonville Jazz Festival - Jacksonville Jazz Festival marks the beginning of incredible performances including a tribute to Festival Hall of Famer Teddy Washington and many more! The Wine Down Tasting Experience and the Art in the Heart Downtown juried art show and sale will also be open along with jazz exhibits and displays to start the festival weekend.

NAS Jax Air Show - Enjoy this great family event featuring top military and civilian performers. Don’t miss the amazing Super Shockwave Jet Truck reaching speeds over 300 mph while racing down the runway. The grand finale will feature the world famous Blue Angels.

Purple Stride at the Beach - A competitive 4-mile run and a 1-mile fun run on the beach. Pancreatic cancer awareness event to include entertainment, food, and guest speakers.

Right Whale Festival - Celebrate the North Atlantic right whales' annual return to their only known calving area in the Southeast U.S. With as few as 350 remaining, there are many local efforts to protect these critically endangered whales from extinction. Join us at the annual Right Whale Festival to learn how we can lessen human impacts and bring peace to the right whales.

Sisters of the Sea Surf Classic - This is a Women's only surf contest that is under direction of a non-profit organization. It has evolved into a showcase for national stars. Surf's up! Come and enjoy the sun and glamor and thrill of surfing!

Summer Beach Run - It's the running of the Summer Beach Run, and we are going to celebrate! Participants and their guests will be treated to a rockin' post race party at the SeaWalk Pavilion.

Surf into Summer GROM Surf Series - Surf into Summer has been putting on surf camps in Jacksonville for over 10 years and truly enjoy watching others learn the sport of surfing and gain a respect of the ocean. Surfing is a sport that can last a lifetime and can take you around the world looking for that perfect wave.

Tour de Pain Run - This race series is designed to test your ability to run three different races in a twenty-four hour period. Your time in each of the three events will be added together to determine your place for the Tour de Pain. If that doesn't appeal to you, just pick one race and sign up for that one individually. Join us for a 4 mile beach run, a 5k run, and a mile sizzler.
