The public is invited to use this facility to learn of the past, examine current issues, and celebrate life's milestones.

Norfolk Botanical Garden - Stroll though the beautiful gardens. More than thirty themed gardens are spread across site. The 155 acre garden is home to 30 distinctive themed gardens, 95 species of birds and 30 kinds of butterflies.

Taiwanese Observation Tower - Overlooking the Elizabeth River and Battleship, this ornate Observation Tower was presented to the Commonwealth of Virginia by the Republic of China to commemorate a friendship tour in 1983. Prefabricated pieces of the Tower were constructed in Taiwan and shipped to the United States and assembled on its current platform.

The MacArthur Memorial - The final resting place for General Douglas MacArthur and his wife. Located in Downtown Norfolk's restored 1850 City Hall, the complex contains a museum, theater and special exhibit galleries, gift shop, and archives.
